Had coupons, so the value was better than usual. Also it was free root beer day. The patties have sure gotten smaller over the years though, and the actual burger looks nothing like the photos. The burger in the photos looks like a 1/4 lb burger at least, but in reality, it looks like a McDonald's patty, which is thinner than the soft drink lid! The franchise has switched to a paper straw, such is great for the environment, but didn't work as well for picking the birds of burger from your teeth as the plastic ones. It also feels a bit odd on the mouth, as it softens. Koodos to them fot the effort though. I don't eat out much, so not sure if others have done this.. I had the Mozza burger, and it tasted as good as ever.

had an amazing experience at this restaurant thanks to the Harsh’s excellent customer service. She personally checked on our table, ensured our food was perfect, and handled everything with a smile. You can tell they really care about their customers!

A big thank you and compliments to the staff at A&W! We stopped for lunch as we were traveling, and by mistake I left my purse in the washroom. When we went back, it was waiting in the kitchen for me- cash,phone, and cards were all still in it. The honest lady made my day!

Excellent nature of every employer working at front desk with smiley and greeting faces. Food was warm, rather than giving my food in seconds which leads to not well prepared they took an average time to cook my food, well prepared, will visit again

(AI artificial intelligence compositions?) ***************************** Thank you! to the cheerful and extra-helpful women at the front counter on a blazing hot afternoon. We'd been driving for a long time when I left our dog in the car (with the windows wide open), made a washroom stop and ordered a Beyond Beef burger. When I mentioned him, they included a dog biscuit and some cool water. I went back to the car for a moment while my order was being prepared and imagine my surprise when the same sweet employee walked the bag right out to us! A very tasty burger plus the service was above and "beyond"! It was memorable and so very appreciated!

I absolutely love their coupons, our good was cooked fresh, I ordered onion rings and a teen burger, We were offered the glass mugs and that was much appreciated. The tabled were clean, it is hard to keep the floors clean in the middle of winter but the restaurant is well lit and has a good atmosphere. A&W has always being one of my favourite restaurants I like how they have hooks in the side of the booths to hang your coat.
